SACRED RITUAL
Intentional practices for healing, alignment and the Highest Good.
Sacred Ritual is all about intention. It is a way to honor the seasons, the elements and your own inner wisdom. It supports clearing, renewal, alignment and a deeper connection with yourself, with Nature and with Source. These practices are simply ways to come home to your heart and to live in the Light as you lovingly release what is no longer serving you.
One of my most favorite rituals is a sacred spiritual bath, and it is something I often practice and suggest to others. I like to work with a blend of sacred salts, oils and other natural elements. Each element is chosen with intention to support cleansing, healing and reconnection.
Before I enter the bath, I bless the waters and each of the elements I am using. I set the intention that anything within my energetic field that is not in my Highest and Best or in alignment may be lovingly released and washed away. Salt is an element I use for cleansing and returning to oneself, while oils such as rose bring a feminine, healing and nurturing quality to the ritual. Everything is chosen intentionally and brought together in support of the practice.
As I move through the ritual, I allow what I am ready to release to move into the water. When the ritual is complete and the water drains, I hold the intention that what I have released is lovingly carried away with it—no longer mine to hold.
Another sacred ritual I love is working with the natural cycles of the Earth—the summer solstice, fall equinox, winter solstice and spring equinox. These thresholds invite us to pause and notice where we are within our own cycles of growth, release, rest and renewal. I may go into nature, create a mandala with roses and other natural elements, journal, give thanks, set intentions, or safely burn something I am ready to release. Each season carries a different invitation: a time to celebrate what has blossomed, release what has completed, become still, or plant the seeds of what is ready to emerge.
Sacred Ritual brings intention into the ordinary. It creates a moment to pause, listen and consciously choose how we want to move forward. The ritual itself may change, but the heart of the practice remains the same: presence, intention and a willingness to honor what we are releasing, what we are welcoming, and where we are now.
A sacred practice for a more aligned and intentional, light-filled life.
