ENERGY HEALING

Energy Healing is an intuitive, spiritual practice in which I serve as a conduit for healing energy while holding a protected, intentional space for you.

We begin with your intention—what you are carrying, what you are seeking support with, or what you are ready to shift. I then open a healing container through a tube of white light connecting Earth to Source, calling upon our Highest Selves, Benevolent Guides, Archangel Michael and Mother Mary, with the intention that only what serves the Highest Light and your Highest Good is welcomed into the space.

From there, I allow the healing to unfold rather than directing where it must go.

During a session, I may also receive intuitive information meant for you. It may arrive as a word, symbol, image, feeling, song or message. Sometimes messages come through; sometimes the session is simply energy.

The session may end, but the integration can continue—gently unfolding in its own time.

Sessions may be experienced in person, through Zoom, or at a distance.

You do not need to share my spiritual beliefs to receive a session. Your beliefs, boundaries and personal sovereignty are always honored.

All healing is ultimately a return to who you truly are.
